A: Normally we will print production date on the box when production and valid date in 18months.
    1:1 replacement & 18 months warranty

Q2. What's the after sale policy on the defective goods after receiving the goods.

If you find defective goods, pls send photos to show the quality problem, we will look into to see how the problem happened. We will ship the replacement ink of same model and quantity along with next shipment if that's our problem.

A:Generally there is no MOQ of our available product.
We can discuss further if you have special request on ink depending on print head.

Q4. If I can get sample before placing bulk order? How long it takes to see a sample?
A:We can arrange sample for quality checking, there is sample charge required and shipping cost to be paid at your side. After you place bulk order, we can refund the sample charge.
It takes about 10-15 days to see sample if available in stock.
