Q1. Is the product with valid date and warranty? A: Normally we will print production date on the box when production and valid date in 18months. 1:1 replacement & 18 months warranty
Q2. What's the after sale policy on the defective goods after receiving the goods. A: Our team control strictly on quality process and make sure our goods to ship in good quality and condition. If you find defective goods, pls send photos to show the quality problem, we will look into to see how the problem happened. We will ship the replacement ink of same model and quantity along with next shipment if that's our problem.
Q3.What's the MOQ required. A:Generally there is no MOQ of our available product. We can discuss further if you have special request on ink depending on print head.
Q4. If I can get sample before placing bulk order? How long it takes to see a sample? A:We can arrange sample for quality checking, there is sample charge required and shipping cost to be paid at your side. After you place bulk order, we can refund the sample charge. It takes about 10-15 days to see sample if available in stock.
Q5. How about the production lead time? A: For Small qty, production lead time 7-15days For container order and qty, we can discuss further.
Q6. What's the shipping method and how long it takes to receive the goods? A: You can choose Express door to door service, air shipment to nearest airport, and by sea. Delivery time depend on the destination and shipping company & service. Normally Express door to door about 7-10 days. Air freight about 12-15days.
Q7. How to customize printer ink with own private label? Is there any MOQ? A:You can customize the package box with your own design , logo and language. MOQ500-2000sets depend on model.
Q8. What's your main market? A: Our goods are selling to globally market, mainly Europe, Asia, Africa, Norther America, South America Etc.
Q9. What's the term of payment A:We accept payment advance shipment. Payment method TT at sight, Western Union and MIC online payment.
Q10. How to order A: Step 1 Discuss and make clear on the product details and confirm the order to us. Step 2 We will make proforma invoice for payment purpose. Step 3 We will start production upon getting your payment proof.
